How do you read piano sheet music?

I mean, sure, I know how to read music. But I just got some sheets of some pop songs and they have 3 rows of notes, 2 treble and 1 bass. And obviously I only have 2 hands. So how do I play that kind of music? How do you read piano sheet music?
Take a look at this for example:

The page starts off with the piano intro.

In the second line where you see the lyrics (aka vocal line) and the extra treble clef line, this is for the singer to sing along with the piano accompaniment. And sometimes the notes are different from the singer and the piano player because the piano player does not always plays the melody line.

The square boxes above the vocal line eg marked C and C#dim etc, is for the guitar player.

Hope that helps.
